A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery of high-quality technology L2/L3 SRE
work to end users
Manage multi-functional and geographically diverse teams running
end-to-end technical delivery
Create an inspiring team environment, set clear goals, delegate
tasks, and monitor performance
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing technology projects as an
operations team leader or supervisor
Advanced knowledge of MS suite, with emphasis on MS Excel
Experience with Cloud Service operations and familiarity with AWS,
Azure, and GCP
Experience establishing project management metrics and resolving
client issues
Track record of success managing client relationships
