Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Enrollment
Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple teams performing end-to-end provider enrollment
process
Collaborate on resource planning, production forecasting, and
quality enhancement
Maintain knowledge of state and NCQA requirements, develop new
processes, and drive operational efficiencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of managed care experience with operations and provider
contracts
Prior staff management experience
Experience in service request inventory management and Medicaid
managed care preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Cactus
and/or Facets
