DescriptionJob Description:The 363 ISRW/361 ISRG currently has an opening for a Client Systems Technician to work at Cannon Air Force Base, Clovis, New Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command. As a member of the 43rd Intelligence Support Squadron, it will be your mission to oversee and administrate squadron IT hardware, software, perform network diagnostics, install and configures patches, and similarly related activities. This position will perform, advise, and assist with a variety of client systems and programmatic support areas as needed by the customer.Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT trouble tickets
• Manages user NIPR accounts, Organization E-Mail Accounts, Distro/Security Groups
• Manages NIPR/SIPR/TS networks; advises leadership on requirements and capabilities
• Coordinates VTC schedules with A6/J6/other agencies as required
• Troubleshoots and returns VTC systems to mission capable status as needed
• As SCIF Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) executes required ISSO/EMSEC responsibilities
• Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC), aka ADPE, performs cradle to grave logistics support and tracking of communication assets
• Manages squadron media control program IAW AFI/MAJCOM/local guidance
• Performs MICT checklist updates to ensure current reporting of program statusBasic Qualifications
  • Must have a current TS/SCI security Clearance
  • Knowledge of Client Systems support methodologies and toolsets
  • Experience with VTC systems, ITEC (ADPE) management, ISSO and EMSEC requirements, MICT program compliance, and Media Control Program execution
  • Must possess the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to end users and management
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities along with a strong work ethic requiredRequired Education
    • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of related experience is required. Additional experience may substitute a degree.
    • Must have at minimum a current Security+ Certification IAW DoD 8570
    • US citizenship is mandatoryPreferred Qualifications
      • Military experience in a computer-related career field/discipline
      • Military, civilian DoD, or contract experience within the ISR enterprise
      • CCNA or CISSP is highly desired
      • Experience with SCCM desktop management suite
      • Experience with virtual desktop brokers, such as VMWare View or Citrix XenDesktop
      • Experience with SecureView, XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler and NetApp. -Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, Server+, CITRIX, NetApp, and ITIL v3
      • Experience deploying production virtual environments (e.g. thin/thick clients)
      • Experience with Windows software packaging and deployment automation
      • Air Force ISR experiencePay Range:Pay Range $50,700.00 - $78,000.00 - $105,300.00
