improve the lives of pets.As an HRIS Lead (Technical Project
Manager), you'll lead the full talent acquisition technology (TA)
stack, requiring collaboration with subject matter experts to
maximize each component, not limited to ATS, CRM, career websites,
social platforms, AI, existing digital products, and emerging
technologies. You'll help design, implement, and maintain HR TA
initiatives by analyzing and recommending end-to-end business
process and technological solutions, translate business
requirements into technical specifications, and offer guidance and
expertise based on system and industry knowledge.Implement
continuous enhancement and adoption of digital solutions to bridge
gaps or inefficiencies in products to maximize recruiting
efficiency, candidate, and end-user experienceLead team project
management toward new technology, process & product discovery,
piloting, experimenting, and proof-of-concepting of all forms that
will keep us a relevant leader in emerging landscapes and untapped
sources of talentAccelerate reporting technology and capability
building through the development of a data lake and Power BI
dashboards; and then collaborate with teams in storytelling by
developing visualization models to drive business decisionsProject
manage TA technology integrations, security monitoring, technical
enhancements, and troubleshootingManage performance, enhancements,
and content logs for Paradox (Olivia) and future AI and emerging
technologiesLead change requests, troubleshooting, ticket
management/resolution across Talent Acquisition including the
prioritization of changes for brand marketing and recruiting
teamsManage business requests for technology system updates end to
end, including requirements gathering, solution identification,
functional design documentation, system testing, User Acceptance
Testing (UAT), user management, implementation, maintenance,
communication, and supportTechnical liaison for all
cross-functional groups including HR Operations, Compliance, HR
Analytics, and other key stakeholdersREQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree
from an accredited institution7+ years of combined HR technology
experience including all the following:Product/Project Management
(e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PERT, RUP, etc.)Configuration with HRIS
systems and ancillary systems (SuccessFactors, Avature, SAP,
etc.)Producing or editing coding languages typical for such tools
like: HTML/CSS/JavaScript5+ years of experience in business process
re-engineering, gathering requirements, writing functional specs,
developing solutions, and integration of business systems3+ of
experience using Power BI (DAX/M languages) including building and
maintaining data tables, generating custom reports, and creating
dashboardsThe approximate pay range for this position is $102,000
to $140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good
faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to
knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic
