Job Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with food
manufacturing experience in the Stratford, TX area.
Relocation provided for great candidates.COMPENSATION: $70,000k to
$95,000k plus bonusLOCATION: OnsiteRELOCATION: Provided for the
right candidateMUST HAVE: 3+ years' of experience in a
manufacturing environment with at least 1 years in a leadership
positionResponsibilities-
Complete all jobs safely and on budget-
Run daily team meetings on topics from safety to quality of work on
equipment, processes-
Schedule and assign maintenance jobs-
Maintain budgets for labor and parts inventory-
Maintain and submit detailed reports on downtime-
Maintain CMMS records (Create / Close work orders, Enter data,
Track inventory)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:-
3+ years' of experience in a manufacturing environment with at
least 1 years in a leadership position-
Ability to work weekends and/or rotating shifts when needed
