  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to promote communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best outcomes for each child.Requirements:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Certification: Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
