Job Description Job Description Department: Retail Division: LLC, Wholly owned by The Shawnee Tribe Job Title: Retail Sales Associate General Definition: Responsible for delivering sales and excellent customer service in the gift shop. Supervision Received: Retail Supervisor Supervision Exercised: N/A Essential Job Functions: ? Perform tasks on the sales floor by being passionate about the gift shop’s products to deliver a positive shopping experience in a service focused, well-maintained and friendly environment. ? Puts the customer first at all times. ? Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations. ? Offer customers promotional products and services. ? Resolve customer service issues and escalate as required. ? Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates. ? Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards. ? Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POS. ? Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfer transactions, etc. ? Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.). ? Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environment. ? Process all point of sale transactions in a friendly, quick, and efficient manner while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures. ? Successfully show consistent performance on quarterly selling observations. ? Perform all other duties as assigned.
