Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret customer-related data to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points in the customer journey
Evaluate and streamline customer-facing processes to improve operational productivity and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in data analysis, operations, or customer-related roles
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data visualization tools
Familiarity with CRM systems: Salesforce.com and Gainsight
Knowledge of customer experience methodologies (e.g., NPS, CSAT)
