Compensation: $36,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies Qualifications: Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree is considered a plus Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record About Company Street Volkswagen of Amarillo is the only Volkswagen dealership in Amarillo.
