Job Description:

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, dedicated to providing the highest level of inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and hospice care. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts to deliver patient-centered care aimed at enhancing the recovery journey of our patients. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of clinical excellence and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes. Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to treatments. Administer medications, monitor efficacy, and document patient responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to plan, manage, and evaluate patient care. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Maintain patient records with accuracy in accordance with facility policies and legal regulations. Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes. Proficiency in clinical skills with the ability to handle medical emergencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and emotionally intense environment Strong organizational and critical thinking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
