Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, focusing on providing top-tier patient care in home health, inpatient rehabilitation, and hospice settings. Our Registered Nurses are pivotal in managing patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans tailored to individual health needs. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans. Implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate medical equipment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Compassion and patience in patient care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (preferred).
