Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
join our dynamic team, specialized in providing high-quality
rehabilitation services. As a caregiver focused on home health,
inpatient rehabilitation, and hospice care, you will play a pivotal
role in assisting patients to regain mobility and strength,
improving their quality of life following serious illnesses or
injuries. Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented
professionals committed to therapeutic excellence and
patient-centered care. We offer a supportive environment tailored
to fostering professional growth and enhancing patient health
outcomes. Evaluate patient conditions to develop appropriate
physical rehabilitation plans. Implement treatments such as
therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities based on
patient needs. Work collaboratively with other team members to
optimize patient care plans. Document patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary. Advise and educate patients and their
families on post-treatment care and wellness. Ensure compliance
with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and up-to-date
techniques. Ability to apply physical treatments effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate
clearly with patients and their families. Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy
license. CPR certification preferred.
