Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is
looking for a compassionate and skilled High Acuity In-Home
Healthcare RN to provide top-tier nursing care to patients with
complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with a
multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centric
care directly in the patients' homes. This role requires a profound
understanding of managing acute conditions and the ability to
respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring the comfort and safety
of patients under critical conditions. Assess patient conditions
and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Develop and
oversee patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare
professionals. Educate patients and families on management of
illnesses and preventive measures. Administer medications, monitor
vital signs, and quickly identify any potential emergency
situations. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Maintain patient records with accuracy
and confidentiality. Advanced clinical skills in a high acuity
setting Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
autonomously and make decisions in high-pressure situations Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN
license in the state of practice BLS (Basic Life Support)
Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
