BSA is acclaimed for its superior quality and customer service.4C Medical Surgical is a 30-bed post-surgical unit, located in the Ware Tower, caring for general surgical, medical and bariatric patients. The unit is supported by a team consisting of the Unit Secretary, Patient Care Technicians, Transporters, Nutrition Ambassadors, RN's, LVN's, RN Shift Supervisor, a Clinical Educator, a Manager and the Director working as a cohesive team to ensure excellent patient care ResponsibilitiesSummary The Registered Nurse is accountable for the health status and health needs of their patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with the patients and the interdisciplinary healthcare team members. Opportunity for RN licensed candidate to further develop our inpatient monitoring platform with BioIntellisense technology. Improve patient care with coordination of additional VS capture and EMR deterioration indexes to assist bedside staff members with objective signs of patient deterioration. Excellent platform for project development and leadership skills.
